The Construction Process
Before the first wall is constructed you will meet with your Construction Manager and do what we call your CEM 'Construction Expectation Meeting'. This meeting will consist of a detailed plan review to make sure the plans for your new home match your vision for your perfect home. Also, a detailed discussion of exactly what you can expect from the beginning of construction all the way to completion.
The Construction Manager will show you around your new Alabama home before the sheetrock goes up. You can see what's behind walls and feel comfortable knowing where all of your important plumbing features are located, as well as electrical ones!
After your home is completed but before you move in the Construction Manager will invite you for an 'Orientation Walk' of the new home construction process with Hyde Homes. You will be shown how your new home works and functions and given some great tips that will help you with the maintenance that comes with homeownership.
The best part is finally here! You get the keys and move into your brand-new home. Congratulations, you've earned this one!
