We provide a standard one year whole-house builder warranty on all of our newly constructed homes. Hyde Homes warranty department serves our homeowners in all areas to ensure that we handle each claim in a timely and efficient manner. Our Quality Builders Warranty is provided with every home we sell. In addition to our 1 year workmanship warranty, this extended warranty also covers systems for 2 years and the structure for 10 years. We do this to show each of our homebuyers that we proudly stand behind the quality of our product.

How to submit a warranty claim
Each warranty claim must be submitted to our BuilderTrend service. Below we have each step needed to take to submit a claim.
Claim Steps
- 1. Log into BuilderTrend
- 2. Click the warranty tab at the top of the page
- 3. Click new claim
- 4. Select a category from the list provided
- 5. Enter a brief description in the box provided.
- 6. Multiple items can all be listed under one claim
- 7. Choose priority level
- 8. Fill in a detailed description
- 9. Upload any photos on the right side of the request form
- 10. Click “save request” to send the warranty request
